Unlike many other firms of this field, Vega has an in-house mechanics workshop composed by highly skilled technicians, and operates the most advanced technologies and machinery used for the processing of composite and metallic materials.

Composite production associated with delicate mechanics gave great results, allowing Vega to reach three main goals:

1. in-house processing of moulds, models and fixture enables a strong cost reduction as well as the elaboration of prototypes and production timing;
2. delicate mechanical is used for processing composite items;
3. in-house realization of highly technologized mechanical components.

Moreover, Vega has developed and applied, on important structural components, a “hybrid type” technology flooding metallic parts inside laminated pieces.
All this helps Vega ensure maximum elasticity and flexibility for its clients, who can feel free to ask for modifications or variations to be done in a very little time.

Amongst all the machinery of our workshop, the most important are the three machining centers (4 and 5 controlled axis), a numerical control lathe and a wire electrical discharge machining.
